Dairy UK believes we have a legitimate interest in being able to provide our services to our member companies and organisations and to represent our members and the interests of the dairy sector in the UK. Where we have a contractual relationship with you and this requires us to process your personal information in order to fulfil the contract. For example, attendance at one of our events.

While your employer is a member of Dairy UK we will retain your personal information. Otherwise we will not retain any data for longer than 5 years. We will also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We take responsibility for the data that we collect about you and require those third-party suppliers with whom we share your data to apply an appropriate level of protection as compliant with the law.
